Achieves (About) a 10 deg. F. drop in Air Temperature and Creates a Strong Breeze.
This evaporative cooler was quick to assemble, and is easy to operate. My guess is that you need a relative humidity of below 65% for this unit (or any evaporative cooler) to be most effective. It's a tad noisy but honestly how can you possibly create the strong blow of air across twenty feet of deck without making some noise? It rolls easily on it's wheels but keep in mind there is an electric cord that needs to be plugged in and you may want to connect a garden hose to save you some time on refilling the water.

NICE COOL AIR 🤖
Definitely worth the money ! Have an open 600 sqft outdoor living room in Arizona and it cools it right down with the fan set at low.

Buy it but do maintenance!
Keeps the 40x20 patio cool. One was good but 2 of them make it awesome on this size patio

Does the job
I'm a tech for Subaru in a non ac shop in south florida.. This has been a huge help to keep me a little cooler while working on vehicle. Only bad part is the oscillating motor burnt out a year in. It's not a deal breaker but for $600 I shouldn't have that problem a year in. Other than that it works great. Just take care of it with the water conditioner to take care of the fins.

Not made to last
This unit was the rave of our street when we bought it in June 2020. When people saw mine, they too bought one. Easy to maneuver and strong. Used it maybe 6 times during the first summer and 8 the next summer as it was only a weekend thing. At the start of our third summer, the swinging vane was not moving and was unfortunately in an extreme part of its cycle making us use the fan at a strange angle to feel the air. I opened the side panel and was dismayed to see the severe rust on the bolts. All the screws are stainless and untouched by rust but the bolts are not serviceable. Removing the motor for the vane required cutting one of the wires rather than just unplugging it. The top panel removed easily, but snapped the wiring well when pushing it back into place. This unit is stored on a covered patio in a fabric cover also supplied by the manufacturer. It should have been able to last more than two summers. One last annoyance is the float design. It cannot be adjusted to allow the water well to fill more than halfway. The hose must be connected all the time or you have to manually fill it if you want it to last a while during use.Paying over $500 for this device feels steep if you start to have failures in year two. I wonder about the actual costs of stainless vs carbon steel bolts or of a stronger vane motor that fits in your palm. The savings to the company are small compared with the level of my disappointment.

Oh my god, YES.
The media could not be loaded. Working in the heat? Is it dry? Because if so, this is the solution for you! This thing works great. I use it in an automotive shop where summer temperatures routinely break 110 this thing will cool the air 25 degrees no problem, given low humidity. On low it’s barely noticeable from a few feet away, on high it makes some noise but it MOVES SOME AIR! It’s the perfect size to roll around, the tank will last 4-5 hours. The oscillation feature is nice for covering a large area. 5/5 stars, can’t recommend enough
