which isn't the best for using with a campfire
solid construction for long-term use, but the handles are kind of wonky. Takes a while to boil water in it, and the cup holds heat for a while, which isn't the best for using with a campfire. I would have gone with a cheaper aluminum cup if I had to buy again, but like I said, solid construction, so i probably won't have to.

About as cheap as cheap gets. Quality wise.
Welds look as bad as other people have said. But the handles don’t click together like the butterfly handles are supposed to. Also a nice debt or imperfection along the rim. Not sure how long it will last.

Great cup. I have both the USGI and this one and they are almost indistinguishable from each other except for the US stamp. Bought the lid which fits this cup great but is off shaped for the US one. No worries, it fits the cup it was made for.
