How often in a week should drink this tea

I did some research on senna (which is in this tea).It's not recommended to be taken more than 2 weeks in a row. I had some very bad side effects before I knew about that. (Bloody diaharia). I was only taking 1/6th a tea bag a day but for 3-4 weeks. That was no good for my body. Maybe some don't react that bad. I was enjoying the tea until then though. Just don't take for extended periods.

what is the best time and dose to drink ?

The best time to drink the tea, is on your off days, in the morning. I use one tea bag. It really helps. It is really really great.

Do you have to drink it hot? Or can you have it iced?

I prefer hot, but you can drink iced as well. I do not put anything in it though I just drink it as it is

What’s the most someone has lost in a month with this tea?

I haven't done a survey. I lost 15 pounds in the August. Surprised me. I drank the tea as iced tea after lunch and before bed.
