Not the best of higher end vinegars but close enough. My go to for cooking and table vinegar because it is very good and quite affordable. I save my more expensive vinegars for special uses. I have been buying this vinegar for years and I feel it has become slightly less viscous over time but I could be wrong.

The Best
Discovered this at the Watermark Grill in Naples, FL about 3years ago. We were able to buy a couple of bottles from the restaurant, as we loved the taste, the texture..everything about it. We ordered a case of it a year ago to give as gifts. Last month ordered a case for ourselves as our bottles had run out. There is no better Balsamic Vinegar, hands down.
