They can if you can use a hot iron on your sofa.

I believe it is one pack with 2 patches.

Q: How long to iron on 30 or 60 seconds?

I usually go 60 seconds slowly moving the iron.

Q: What color patches are included?

Seems no one else has answered this, so I will. They are Brown-medium, White, Medium/denim blue and Tan/Khaki. I wanted to know this as well and one of the reviewers said gray - so I bought. I doubt if I will ever find a use for them as I only needed gray. Unfortunately they are not they are not even close to the colors I need, but they are a good quality fabric and the adhesive looks good all over the back. Does say on the back "Check fiber content of item to be repaired to be sure it can withstand the heat setting required for correct application." That is a cotton setting (the highest on your iron) with 40-45 seconds of firmly pressing after preheating the area for the patch to be applied to.
