Q: Is this Glow in the Dark?

I received one with Glow-in-dark sticker, but it does not glow.. not the dragon eyes... nothing. Guessing it's done with GID paint, and guessing there was a mix-up with at least one batch at the factory.

Q: So the picture is of the non glow in the dark version which is what i want. is that what you actually have, or is it the one with smooth bluish wings?

When I obtained this item it stated in the description that it glowed in the dark. I am unable to provide you with any more information than that because my inventory is at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. I am unable to examine it more closely.
