I got these because of the ease of washing. Regular mats usually require gentle wash cycle and hang to dry to protect their backing. I don’t need a mat with backing as I only put this down when I get out of the shower and being slip resistant was not an option I was looking for. I love the plum color and it is soft and thick enough to handle the job.

I bought them twice, they’re heavy duty, they are what I remember as a child from 70 years ago getting out of the tub or the shower and stepping on. Just recently tried using fabric softener and they still suck up the water and are softer than ever. Yes I’m moving again a lot more bathrooms you get older you need more room for more junk . But these bathmats I don’t consider junk and I will be ordering one for every bathroom, plus at the kitchen sink,

These are above and beyond what I expected. They r fairly priced and think and perfect for when anyone gets out of the shower. They dry quickly and r so easy to just toss in the wash and put back once a week. Half way through the week I just flip it since it’s reversible and then on Sundays I just toss in the wash. These r soooo much better than the traditional old school bath mats that get nasty since u can’t really properly clean them. I have recommended to everyone I know and will be buying more. These are perfect for what I want: a nice absorbent soft towel-like mat to put on top of my regular bathroom mat, for when I step out of the shower. Now I don't have to hang the larger, heavier, clunkier mat over the shower rod every time, all the time, to make sure it's dried out enough for the next person.I just throw this smaller, more manageable mat in front of the shower or bath, then hang it up on the towel rack to dry. Very efficient. Absorbent. Durable. Dries quickly, looks great, very well made, and super colour for my bathroom. Longer and plusher than I expected - very very nice. Saves on having to use an extra towel to stand on every time you get out of the shower or bath. And no more soggy bathroom mats. Thanks Utopia and Amazon!

These are heavy duty, for a bath mat, and are absorbent, wash well, and look nice. I got the navy. Only thing I find is they take a while to dry out (as thick) from use so between people - it's a bit cumbersome and the second person gets a wet bath mat (compared to some we've had). They are heavy weight and thick so that's the thing. Can't seem to have both qualities. Overall though, for two, great deal and nice.
