Great product and excellent sound quality..

There are a large variety of sounds and volumes to choose from. I like the timer function too. My partner was skeptical at first but we are both falling asleep quite quickly these days. I think it works very well! It is not too big and therefore does not take up a lot of room on an already small bedside table. It does not glow in the dark, which would interfere with sleep. It arrived quickly. The buttons look a little flimsy and I am a little worried they may stick in the future but - as the title says - so far so good!

I have always been a light sleeper - I wake up when my kids come in the door at night (which is generally a good thing I sleep light!). Our home is very quiet - we live in a rural area - and I like a quiet sleep atmosphere.I have had a lot on my mind lately, and for weeks I have found myself waking up in the middle of the night - and then spend a couple of hours ruminating on things on my mind. Some nights I was only getting 3-4 hours sleep. I tried Tylenol PM and also melatonin without much luck.Despite the fact I like a real quiet house to sleep, I decided to give this a try. Oh my gosh! I've had this for just over a week and I am finally well-rested! Yes, I wake up in the middle of the night once in a while, but I seem to go back to sleep in less than 10 minutes. The volume control is great and allows me to get it quiet enough that I can sleep, but loud enough that I can hear it. It has a bunch of sound files which are all high quality audio.I would have never thought adding white noise to my bedroom would have helped me sleep better. I have always scratched my head about the people who say they can't sleep without a fan in their room year round (BTW, there are several fan audio files in this thing, too). Now I think I understand!Nice unit. Well built. Good quality audio files and nice selection. Volume control allows very quiet to loud. I love it. I am a better, more well-rested, happier person with this in my bedroom!UPDATEI've had this magic box for a month now, and I can honestly say I don't think I have ever slept better in my life! Like I said, I have always been a "quiet room" sleeper, so I was skeptical about this. I am convinced!

Great little box at a great price. Steady, unbroken sounds that help counteract the tinnitus and even mask some other low level noises (like a snoring Labrador or mumbling through an apartment wall).Won’t block out all noise, but more than enough to improve sleep dramatically.

We had one from munchkin before with a projector but this one is way better. Also had the owl from skip hop, this one is better. There is actually a bass and sound is very clear as opposed to other machines. We use it all night for our baby

This machine has so many sounds. Unfortunately I found some of them very annoying - think they may have been fan or static sounds - but I just moved on. I picked a 'white noise' sound, tested it and the timer out but not while trying to sleep. I wanted to pick the sound and volume before I actually use it for the real thing as when you turn it on, it plays the last set sound/volume as when it shut off. I don't need it to go to sleep at night, but for the very early morning hours when the dog and husband get up and act as if no one else is trying to sleep. I will update my review once I've tested it for real. I really like the choices of sounds, the volume controls and timer settings, not to mention the compact size. UPDATE: I have used what I think is the "white noise" sound at a semi-loud volume once I hear the very early morning risers get up. I am able to fall back to sleep - into a very deep sleep. In fact, it's been so deep, I was starting to become a bit paranoid of what this little machine is actually doing to my brain. The sound and volume that I use does not completely block outside noises, but rather pulls me in to where "this" is the sound that I hear. I am really liking this little machine and would recommend it. Didn't deal directly with Seller, but did arrive in a timely manner and in great condition.
