Get a pill cutter. These calm me down within 45 mins
I have tried this product with or without Relora. It is a quality calming product, with some slight drowsiness depending on the amount. I have a pill cutter and I start with half a tablet; if I sense greater anxiety and rage, I take a full tablet. Its not Xanax but I find the lemon balm, magnesium and l theanine to be effective enough.

Incredibly helpful product. Increases calm, increases my ability to read (otherwise sustained reading makes my brain feel tired) and helps me with constipation. To be specific (TMI alert), I now have multiple, regular bowel movements each day (the way it should be for the body). I feel calmer and lighter, just by taking two of these every evening.I neglected to take these for several years and I will never do that again. didn't work well for me.
This stuff might be fine for some, but I found I didn't like it as I woke up groggy and dizzy from it. If I wanted a sleep hangover I'd get sleeping pills... money wasted here, afraid to take it again.
