If you use a tanning bed, you must protect your eyes from UVA and UVB light. Closing your eyes will not provide the degree of protection your eyes need. Igoggles are easy to use, simply push the elastic cord through the cord retention brackets located on either side of the lens. Position lenses over your eyes be sure they sit comfortable over each eye. Make sure no light can enter under the rim of the lenses, adjust to fit and tie a double knot in the elastic band. Trim off excess band with scissors.

Awful. Buy something else.
These are terrible. They are incredibly difficult to put together and adjust. They are HARD plastic and if you get the cord too tight, they press into your eye sockets. I got these with something else that I purchased and they are just plain cheap. Order something else.

well these are about the cheapest quality googles I have ever experienced. You will need to put them together. They are very low quality. Maybe worth tops 25 cents each. Shop elsewhere if you want quality.
