Warranty not apply to Canada
The hub worked well for few months. After 4 months, I got some problems with it.I contacted the manufacturer "Totu". They told me that they don't sell the item in Canada and that their warranty doesn't apply to Canadian customers.Very disappointing.

Why get a hub if it doesn't have every port you could possibly want?
It's a solid little hub. I bought it to use with my 2017 MacBook Pro. I don't see why one would get a hub if it doesn't have every possible port one could use. Otherwise, you may end up needing more than one hub. That's why I went for this one. I opted for the one that had two HDMI ports, rather than extra usb ports. You never know! The ports themselves all work, and everything fits tight. If you're having trouble getting the headphone port to work, you need to change the audio output to "USB PnP Audio Device." If you do that, the audio comes through great. The casing on the hub feels like aluminum, and though it will get warm to the touch, it doesn't get outrageously hot.It also comes with a soft case, nothing fancy. I'll include a picture. I'll also include a picture of the hub next to my computer so you can get a feel for its size. For context, it's a 15-inch screen. It's one of the most expensive hubs, but it does everything you could want and works like a charm!

Use caution for a Mac... otherwise has value...
I will start this off by saying that their customer service was very persistent to make sure I was satisfied. That goes a long way. I am not changing my review text as it is the truth but I will say my rating definitely went up!The verbiage that was on Amazon does need to be modified please! It stated that the triple monitor output was for a Windows machine only and the dual monitor ability would be Mac friendly. This was the sole basis for me purchasing this $75 piece of hardware. I do not really need any of the ethernet, Power, memory card, etc features. The only thing I need to do is output to two monitors. I figured the other stuff would just be a bonus and it would be convenient to only have one adapter to hook up my two monitors. When hooking this up to my brand new MacBook Pro, all you get is the same thing duplicated on both monitors. Let me also state that the monitors are brand new so they are not the problem. I have a Windows machine and the dual monitor feature works without a hitch.Needless to say in order for you to get two + monitors working on a Mac laptop that only has four USB-C connections, you are stuck with buying two+ regular USB-C to HDMI/VGA/etc. adapters. The only thing this adapter is really good for is having a super expensive way to plug-in and ethernet cable; or I suppose pulling something off of microSD card.

Originally ranked it as 3*, now its a 1*. Terrible.
I bought this to work with my work laptop, which is normally extended to 2 additional screens. This hub does allow for 3 screens to be used, but I was very disappointed that it only "Cloned" or "Mirrored" the main display. They do not "Extend" the display. Basically all you are getting is 3 screens that all show the same thing, which is worthless to me. Thankfully I was able to use the HDMI port on the laptop for one extended monitor and am using this hub to connect the VGA (mirroring the laptop). So at least I get 2 screens to use on normal monitors while the laptop is closed. But yes, I am very disappointed I cannot run 3 monitors like this product advertises. Also, the USB ports are under-powered. Running 2 USB devices (keyboard and headset) works ok, but if I plugged in a 3rd (mouse), everything slowed to a crawl. The mouse responsiveness was jerky and not usable as a 3rd device. Long story short, while this hub has 4 USB ports, only 2 are usable at the same time.EDIT on 1/6/2020: I will be returning this product. Wow, DO NOT BUY! I almost returned it last Friday, but then suddenly the HDMI Port #2 started working and I could extend the display to 1 additional monitor. I wanted 3 unique monitor displays, but 2 was at least bearable. Now I started up my laptop today, and again this hub is having the same problems. My laptop will no longer detect the monitor plugged in on the HDMI port - only the VGA (which can only clone the laptop screen - not extend). So, I am back to this "3 monitor" hub doing nothing but cloning my laptop screen. To top it all off, I can now only run a single USB device on this hub before it starts having performance issues. My wireless keyboard and mouse were constantly stuttering or having connection issues. Literally everything this hub says it does is false. For those wondering, my laptop is a new HP Elitebook 745 G5. My wireless devices are all Logitech.
