Heating problem
It does over heating from the back. you can say it's a laptop you can't keep on your lap.

About the warranty and product.
This seller was I belive the only one that sold this laptop for such a low price. But the warranty was not HP store warranty, it was third party.The packaging was scratched and looked like the product was re packed.That being said everything else was amazing. I would definitely buy again

Do not buy this device in 2020. This laptop does not belong to this time.
If you fancy an overpriced and under engineered piece of hardware that can't keep up with mid range tablets performance without burning itself, then this device is for you. For this price, you would expect a perfect piece of technology that will serve you for years to come, but what you are getting is a glorified tablet that can reach temperatures exceeding 70 degrees Celsius, when performing mundane tasks that does not put any load on the processor. With the current level of quality control and design when it comes to laptops, just go with something cheap with moderate performance that you can upgrade at any time and avoid this range of laptops at any cost, which belongs to a different era of design and processors.

The item sold was fake with forged serial number on laptop base.I returned the item immediately.
