Q: Are exercises provided with it?

When I first received mine, I also thought the exercises were provided with the mat. I spent about three months laying on the mat eating pretzels and watching TV waiting patiently for my rock hard abs to come. Then one evening as I was brushing away the pretzel crumbs, it dawned on me that I have to provide the exercises. Once I made that realization, I have found the mat to be much more effective.

Yes I agree. Its like saying, “Hey already fit and skinny people, want to get even more fit and skinny?” lol your targeted market should be those who would benefit from it most rather than people who dont really need it.

The mat was designed with the tail protector in mind. The mat is a little thicker than some of the other ones on the market so ensure that you get a full range of motion with each sit up.
