Q: what is the length of this cable?

The cable is 6ft long. I really didn't need one that long wish they made one about 21/2ft long. You have plenty of cable for a motorised recliner.

Q: My power recliner (Ashley brand) says the transformer is model ZB-A290020-U. I don't see that specific one listed. Will it work?

If the cord matches the one originally installed in the transformer it should work fine. This is the cord that supplies DC power from the transformer to the recliner motor: if it fits your good.

Q: Does this cord include the part that plugs into the wall outlet? My chair has the prongs pictured but not the other part that goes into the wall.

I'm almost positive it does NOT come with the "wall plug", but it can. (read on). I remember purchasing this adapter item pictured here first. It did not fix the problem. Then I purchased the wall plug part, and using my original adapter (pictured here) with the new wall plug fixed the problem. (If the adapter (pictured here) ever goes bad, I now have one on hand.) I also remember seeing both adapter and wall plug sold together as a set, after I purchased both items separately.
