The sound is good. They are large, and that takes a bit of getting use to, but I guess it makes room for a bigger battery. I use these all day every day and the battery seems to just go on and on. I haven't done a real test, but it seems to only need a charge about every 2 weeks.

I only gave it 4 stars because the mini speakers are a waste. They make this thing huge and bulky on your neck but put out crap sound. The ear buds on the other hand are fantastic. The other problem is that the buttons are not intuitive at all so it's hunt and peck to try to find the one you need. Other mfg make it easy to learn by the button placement and shape.

I've just received the neck band set today and seems to be working perfectly especially with it's range of connectivity (33ft=10m)Still it got a setback in its design: the microphone is placed in the lower side of the phones ( when you put the phones around your neck the mics will be facing your shoulders ) which makes makes your voice very low to the other side of the callAfter using this product for more than 1 month now I realized the following:1- sound: it gives good sound when listening to music or other people's voices on phone either on the earpiece or the speakers2- mic: very poor in quality and people say that they can barely hear me out when talk to them and when I use it with Skype the other side say they can hardly notice that I'm speaking to themFor that I have to say it doesn't worth it

First, this device is huge compared to its counterparts. I purchased this to replace my LG headphone/speaker device that cost about 5 times more that this device and it was about half the size and much lighter. When you put this on your shoulders, you will not forget it is there, as I often did with the LG pair. Overall the sound quality is VERY good for such a low cost device. The speakers are loud and sound clear, but where this really shines is the earphones themselves. The sound here is on par and in some ways much better than the more expensive unit it is replacing. I am still surprised that a device in this price range could sound so good. Its only real downfall is its overall size, weight and build quality which is reflected in its lower cost.

The old headphones of this same exact style are weirdly MUCH better. I've had this pair for almost a month and I hate them, but I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt.My black ones started going out on one side after 6 months so I bought the blue one to let my niece have the black ones (as she loves the speaker feature) so they wouldn't get mixed up.These dont have the same volume capacity (they have maybe half). Instead of noise cancellation, they echo yourself for whoever you're on the phone with (I can hear myself in the background and they can hear themselves, which is cause for a headache more often than not and I can't talk on them since I keep cutting myself off so I can't think straight). They also muffle the persons voice when its trying to cancel out background noise so then you can't hear anything at all. When I bend over or twist a certain way, they cut out and disconnect until I'm facing straight forward again. I also never seem to have service when I'm connected to them and they hang up on people ALL the time.To put it plainly, the old ones were cheaper and also better quality. Guessing it was a new manufacturer or batch, but geez.The only thing good about these ones so far, is the battery life. I'll be getting other headphones to replace these though. Absolute trash.

Love these headphones. The sound quality is amazing. I just recently bought my new Samsung s21 ultra phone and these Bluetooth headphones made a nice addition. It makes enjoying all of the 'noise' related features of the phone fun. I can watch videos or play games late at night after my husband goes to sleep. If you are looking for something that is good quality for a great price this is your item. I would recommend this product!!

Pro: Sound and noise cancellation wise the product works like it's supposed. The speaker and the earbuds sound great for the price.Con: However the quality of the material and the fact that customer service cancelled my replacement back December for zero reason gives this product a lower score then it should.1. Its really hard to retract these earbuds without almost feeling like the cables are are going to rip. Also getting them to retract all the way back in is an unnecessary challenging. This is the same for both sets I've ordered in the past.2. The call button just stopped working for no reason, right after the warranty was over. Annoying.4. Battery seems weak.3. Still don't know why my replacement were never shipped.4. It was 2021 when I bought these and I still don't know why this doesn't use USB C.Would I recommend, for the price sure. But the quality needs to improve as this hurts this product.

This is absolutely the coolest headset I've ever ownef. The fact that you can listen to your music or calls without having your earbuds in is awesome. Simple flick of a switch and you go to earbuds for privacy. Sound quality and noise cancelation are both excellent. Great features and quality. No issues connecting to 2 phones simultaneously. Also, this is the first headset that I didn't have to struggle getting earbuds out or to retract. Highly recommended!
