I like this product. I dissolve one under my tongue at bedtime and it seems to do the trick. If I wake up a few hours later I dissolve another one and go back to sleep quickly.

I have chronic Insomnia. This has no side effects and allows for deep sleep with dreaming. It takes 30-60 minutes to take effect and works most of the time alone and always works when combined with other things, like 5-HTP, melatonin, valerian, and an essential oil blend when insomnia is at its worst.
