Don’t do it, this thing is trash.
Makes great coffee while it works. Unfortunately it doesn’t work consistently. We are on our second one of these machines since February (8 months). The first time it randomly stopped working it just would no longer brew, within the first 2 months of home use. The company sent us a replacement machine and we sent the faulty one back. Got up this morning to brew coffee and the machine doesn’t work again—now it won’t grind beans. Considering the cost of this machine, I absolutely would expect it to last YEARS. It hasn’t even been one year and this machine has crapped out twice. Don’t buy this machine, get something different if you want your coffee maker to work consistently!

Perfect for My Needs
My Kenmore Elite Grind n Brew finally died after over 10 years and I looked everywhere trying to find a replacement, but they just don't exist anymore. I researched everything available and they all seemed to have complaints of clogged bean chutes, drippy carafes, and/or coffee hot staying hot enough. This model had fewer such complaints plus the smart features, so I rolled the dice on it. We've used it for a week now and, while I can't know about its longevity yet, it works every bit as well as that Kenmore I so-loved. I haven't had a hint of the beans clogging the chute (although I never use dark roast or flavored beans, so your experience may differ if you do). While telling Alexa to make coffee is really kind of gimmicky (I still have to fill the water, change the filter, etc to have it prepared for her), it does kind of make me smile in the mornings. Very happy with my purchase.

Can be set for number of cups.
I had another Alexa coffee & grinder, that lasted over a year or two. When it went I tried this one.One advantage with this is you can set the number of cups to brew. That is great, but you cannot adjust the keep warm time. At just 30 minutes or so that is not good. But I now set for 5 cups, and then just have it brew again, after I drink one or two cups from the first brew.It does allow two brews between set ups (clean the pot & basket, add water). Just wish I could set the keeping warm time to longer.

Wireless network
This product only supports a 2.4 GB wireless network. Unfortunately, most people are now in 5G.

Made my divorce possible!
The two things I counted on my husband to do regularly was take out the garbage and make the coffee in the morning. I hate all the measuring that it takes, before having coffee I am just not capable and I never remember to load it up at night, sooo enter this gem! I roll over in the morning and hit a button. All I have to remember to do is at some time within 2 days is refill the water reservoir. Voila! No husband needed! Now, could you please invent a way to get my garbage to the bottom of our long hill that easily?

You need a PhD in computer programming to just run the thing
If I could give negative stars on easy to use, I would do so. Do not buy this unless you love the whole app-article reading-start your coffee from your phone things. There are buttons and you can probably figure it out (I did but with a fair amount of angst) but nothing is labeled, so good luck. The machine itself has a massive counter space footprint. It's huge, about 18" tall and gives you at the maximum, 6 cups of coffee. It' waaaaayyyy over sized for what you get. No way to access the grinder compartment so if you decide you don't like the beans you loaded it up with and want to dump the rest of them....well I don't have any suggestions on that one. I don't know what about 8 square inches of this thing holds because the water reservoir looks like it was added at the last minute and has a narrow 3" opening. Oh, if you overfill the minuscule reservoir, it shoots out a hole in the back like a fountain. Onto your counter. No instruction manual at all save for 3 pages that basically tell you a bunch of legal stuff and a guarantee and then to go to the app on your phone or on your computer. That's it. No operating instructions at all. You are basically told to download yet another app on your phone or go to the world's most user unfriendly website. Oh boy, another 11 "articles" to read to make a cup of coffee! What else do I have to do with my time?! You are asked to split your wi fi, for heaven's sake, which no one does these days, give the company all sorts of personal information just to get a cup of coffee..... The coffee it made....was okay ...but you have to guess at the amount of grounds to put in because of course, the manufacturer could not be bothered to put in a 3 page instruction manual giving you a hint of what to do with it. I could have driven to Starbuck's, got a cup of coffee, returned home and would have saved time compared to the research, article reading, wi fi linking shenanigans required to run this machine. Repacking and sending back to Amazon.

Auto brew doesn’t work
I typically don’t give reviews and didn’t think I would give such a poor review for such a small reason but it’s kind of ridiculous at this point.Purchased the coffee pot in March of 2021 and immediately noticed that I couldn’t set the coffee pot to auto brew at a certain time with the keep warm feature off. Wouldn’t be an issue if I could just turn on the keep warm feature after brewing a pot but you can’t do that. Sounds like an easy fix but here we are over 6 months later and it has still not been fixed. Supposedly it’s only an issue with android so if you don’t have an IPhone, should work fine for you.Want to just return it and buy something else but can’t because it’s been more than 30 days and I don’t have the original packaging (That one is on me).If you have an iPhone, don’t buy this product.

total disappointment
It looks nice and it would probably work ok, but I could not get it to connect to wifi. I called my internet company and they said i needed to switch my router and bandwidth so I did. I went out and got the updated router, still wouldn't connect. I called again and they said I needed a special router for $100!! lol, I was excited but after a month of trying I just gave up. Super disappointed that it was so difficult
