This product was a waste of time. I was very excited about the idea of it... however the stitches were skipping and not threading into each other more than half the time. When it did function properly you had to be careful not to tug the strings at all because it would unravel. You have to tie the beginning and end of each project because the little machine doesn’t. Also the single stitch that is produced is extremely fragile. Hand stitching takes just as long and will last longer.

I was looking into buying a sewing machine for a variety of different crafts and things I’m always coming up with. To be honest, I really didn’t need anything fancy as I would just be using for hem lines or other simple tasks. I stumbled upon this and figured it was worth a try because of it being very affordable and plus, what it’s capable of, is all I really need done in the first place! I’m so glad I did decide to order it and not waist a ton of money on a big fancy model that wouldn’t of used other features anyway! It gets projects I need done easily and very well! It’s compact so I can throw in my purse if need be and super easy to travel with or store as it doesn’t take up any space!I totally recommend this to anyone that is interested in learning to sew. And hey, even if it didn’t turn out to be a passion you won’t feel bad about spending the $ to try it out!

Piece of junk. Returned it and bought a sewing machine. This this has the loosest sticks and can only go so far into the fabric. Also has trouble with more than a couple of pieces. I would not recommend for much of anything.

Purchased this item because it was on sale, and I thought it would be a great way to do simple jobs quickly. I practiced with this product on multiple items like pants, sheets, shirts, and skirts. It did not work! I'm not a great hand stitcher, but it is still faster and better than this product. I also noticed that after going back and reading reviews thoroughly, many of the high star reviews given to the product were by people who were given the product, and in the written review, they said they didn't like it, despite giving it 3 stars or better. Don't waste your money!

I loved it right out of the box but I can't get it to thread correctly so I'm torn. It would be a God-send if I could thread the thing.... I even had my elderly father, who loves a challenge, to show me how to get the thread in so that it would sew as well as it did out of the box. Once I figure it out I'll give it 5 stars. I'm open to any suggestions on how to use it!!!! The product is great but the instructions are terrible.

Arrived yesterday. Neat gadget and seems well made especially for the price. My only issue is there is no "reverse " so to start and finish you are supposed to reverse the fabric. A little tedious, but still faster than stitching by hand.

When I received the first one it didn't function properly. After contacting the company they promptly sent a replacement and it works great !!! Thank you very much.

I ordered this in April 2016 for quick sewing. The first time it was removed from the box it came apart. I had to hunt directions on YouTube because the instructions might as well be blank. Took forever to thread! Parts continued to fall off! You can't glue it together or there's no way to change needle.I finally got it threaded and tried to use and it fell apart in my hand. Needle came flying out, lucky into my sewing box. Waste of time,money,plastic, and my last nerve! Trash is too good for it.Suggested you spend the extra money and buy a more expensive Singer version! I wish I had.

This thing is clearly a joke. It doesn't work. all it does is have the needed punching holes in my shirt and then the thread pulls out as you go. Who thought this was a good idea to sell to someone. It is absolutely useless. DO NOT BUY. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.Amazon needs a zero star rating for thing like these because it failed to even work out the box!!!!. ZERO EFFORT

I absolutely love this portable sewing machine. It is great for sewing my toddler's indoor clothes, repairing minor tears and more. The only thing I don't like about it is how hard it is to put in the thread without a threader. For it's price, i think this sewing machine deserves five stars.
