Jogger1, I never rcvd a "usage guide", but if go YouTube golf instruction using a smash bag, you'll find a few vids on how and what types of feedback you should be getting at proper impact. It's all about keeping your wrist cock thru the impact zone. Not full swings, little half swings. I suggest using the left hand and then the right, seperately. is it possible to train with a Driver ? I see most instruction videos are with an iron.

Yes you can use the driver or any club. Start with 1/4 swings focus on power at Impact, then move up to full swing. I believe the smash bag should be able to move not be tied down when at full swing.

does this bag have to be stuffed?

This bag needs to be stuffed as full as you can get it. Blankets, towels pushed in real tight. This keeps it light enough to move around. Do not use bird seed or sand.
