As a preface, I bought this at a discount, so I'll be reviewing it as a sub-300 AED product.Overall I was very surprised and happy with the quality of the product. There are 3 different "heads" to use depending on if you want a Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and Coffee powder, so you'll have to switch between the 3 depending on which you need.The product works very well. Heats the water pretty quick and operates as expected/better.You don't get the benefit of a Nespresso machine's quick disposal system, so you'll have to clear after every use, but for a multi-device it's within the expectation.Aesthetically it fits nice in the kitchen and dont stand out. It does the job.. for a multi (3 types) coffee this is a value for money.. Quality is good enough. Yes, it doesn't heat the water so greatly as per some other reviews but I think even Nespresso machines won't too!I am happy to have this since I don't want to spend too much on difference fancy machines specially that I am not a coffee freak! but this might not be the best option for those who are into coffee.

It gives the option to use different capsules and powder coffee. Also the amount for each button/cup can be adjusted so I adjusted the large button and small one to the cappuccino capsules sizes. Water is hot, noisy is acceptable like others.But the water tank is small and it's led not convenient to remove.It is an excellent coffee machine

Works just as well as nespresso machine,has different heads for pods,capsules and ground coffee. Extremely good value for money

Capsule sides are good for very light coffee tastes. But you need POWDER coffee to make strong coffee taste. You need to do your exercise to get better taste time over time with additional tools. little cold thought.

After one year of use, i recommend this machine, working perfectly, no defects.I recommed this seller.

The coffee pressure is very weak it doesn't push out all the content of the pods, it comes out tasting like you have waved a few coffee beans over some lukewarm water. The only reason i bought this machine is because it can use different kinds of pods and i hate nestle but that's pointless anyway because it tastes horrendous.Better off buying the original which is not too much more expensive.
