 Purpose: So these are supplements that you take to increase your brain activity. It's kind of similar to the supplements by Focus+. It supports your memory, focus, attention, concentration, & alertness.Instructions: You take one pill a day and the bottle has a 30 day supply. They are a little larger than average size pills but coated so they are easier to swallow.Ingredients: The pills are vegetarian pills. They do have some ingredients with chemical mixes in it like Huperzine, Vinpocetine, and Niacin, but there is also a large amount of Vitamin B12 which provides you with energy and then other natural extracts like Matcha Green Tea which is comes from a plant that increases energy and stamina, Coffee bean extract, and Ginkgo Biloba which comes from a plant which increases brain activity and memory. I take Vitamin B12, Ginkgo Biloba and Matcha pills separately almost daily so it was nice to have one supplement that combines all three.Recommended for: Definitely recommended for someone with ADD, ADHD, or just a general hyper active brain (like myself.) I would imagine this would be a great alternative to adderall or ritalin because it isn't AS strong but produces generally the same results.Side effects: None that I have witnessed. It does contain caffeine because of the coffee bean extract so you may experience some sort of crash if your caffeine sensitive (although I haven't witnessed that) but it doesn't give you any jitters or extreme "wired-ness."  Hi guys, I have been using Brain Ultimate Focus Maximum Strength Brain Supplement capsules for a while now, and have been seeing some good results. I really feel that since I have started using them, my concentration and focus at work has improved. I work in a day job but hours extend beyond normal hours a lot which is when I need this....this has really helped me concentrate for those extra hours.

 I am writing some papers for college. It is summer and it is so hard to keep concentrated.I tried the product and it really does what it says. I had a lot of extra energy and I was able to focus on my tasks! I find it very helpful! It definitely increases your productivity!I will buy again it for sure!

  I'm a big fan of brain supplementation so I've tried quite a few focus formulas that have come out. The Brain Ultimate Focus Maximum Strength product is meant to support memory, focus, concentration, and alertness. I noticed that the product did help keep me up, focused, and driven to do my work throughout the day. I noticed that if I didn't sleep well the night before, this product wasn't able to break through that fatigue with a punch, but it did help me get through the day! I love that the ingredients in The Brain are high quality and that the B12 is in it's proper, most bioavailable form (Methylcobalamin).

Excellent product. All natural high level ingredients. Helps me auto focus, the first day I took it I read a 350 page book in 4-5 hours. Love this stuff. It's much better and healthier then Addium and at $11 a bottle it is very worth it . Overall, very impressed!!!

Best price and the quality is good enough to give you focus, and energy for a few hours, I usually take this with a cup of coffee in the morning to study or do homework and have the effects last longer,only downside is that it gets me shaky if I mix it with coffee
