Good for charger and flashlight, but music options are disappointing
Overall, I would rate this product at 3.5 stars. It will be a useful device for me, but I would not utilize it as an everyday charger. However, it does have additional features, which may be beneficial to other users.I primarily purchased this unit for the phone charger, but was intrigued by the addition of the flashlight. Although it is an adequate charger, I already own chargers with more charging capacity, which are also smaller than this product. However, I love the flashlight option on this product. It is not extremely bright, nor will it light up a large wooded area, but it provides good light for an individual and can light up a dark room. It could be used as a bike light (as advertised) or while walking. My concerns with this product are with the audio functions. Although the speaker worked well, I was never able to locate a radio station in my area; however, I am in a rural area and coverage is limited. The product also allows you to store music via a micro SD card, but you cannot have the music organized by folders (albums, artists, etc.) and must simply play the songs in order. Some individuals may find the music addition useful, but I would rather use my phone with an armband or bike mount, as the phone interface is much more user friendly and adjustable.Ultimately, I will be utilizing this device as an emergency charger/flashlight for my vehicle, but I do not see further use for the radio or mp3 player.DISCLAIMER: I received this item for free or at a discounted rate, in exchange from my unbiased review. The price that I paid was not factored into the review. The review is simply concerning the quality and functionality of the item I received. However, this review is my opinion and may vary from the opinions of others.

A cool and fun accessory- not something I'd buy primarily for the light quality.
I like to be the first to review products, especially slightly obscure ones such as this- It's essentially an MP3 player that looks like a flashlight. Let's not call it a flashlight with an MP3 player because the single LED flashlight function really isn't practical for any utility purposes other than illuminating a doorknob when fumbling with your keys, or offering a short personal radius of path light. If I had to pick a secondary function (behind the MP3 player/speaker) it's be a backup battery charger. But, keep in mind that you consume the 'backup battery' when using the other features, so it should not be relied upon for any negligible battery capacity unless you solely intend to keep it on hand for such purposes, or as an emergency tool. Which, again, this should not be an emergency flashlight. At 2200mAh I call this a lipstick charger and, full, it will charge a Galaxy S6 once from drained. As far as an FM radio, this is where we really lose the star on the back of the dim lighting. It may be used as an FM receiver, but the instructions are very hard to follow on this topic and we could only manage to pull in 2 stations of poor reception, it's really a pain. Which is a bummer because it could be a cool feature when out camping, or in an emergency. So again, this is a fun, cool accessory, not an emergency device. The Torch itself is sleek and designed pleasingly. It looks cool, it's easy to hold and I like that the speaker is actually at the widest part of the torch, where you'd expect the light to be. The light actually pops off (unplugs) to reveal the USB charging port- a feature I found quite cool- but the light (head) doesn't have any other way of being attached to the base- so it's important not to lose it or your ports will be exposed and you will have no (novelty) light function. I think a silicone tether or even wristband feature could be used to attach the light to the stick when charging to prevent loss, and also double as a much needed strap for carry and storage.I REALLY wish this fun tool came with some sort of strap to attach to a backpack or belt when not in use. For now it fits in my work pants pocket (think slacks not jeans) while on patrol- but the only real way to secure it in use is with the included bike mount. Useful, but only practical if you're biking.I use this primarily to play MP3s via a microSD card (my own,) the audio quality is LOUD- well, it can be loud, it does have lower ranges, but I was very impressed with the volume output. Hold the plus or minus buttons down to adjust the volume. (This took some playing to figure out since the buttons are touchy in play mode.) There is no screen, so you must cycle through your audio files up or down alphabetically (which is the way my files are organized, if your files are not, you would cycle through them in the order they are on the card, which could be hard to keep track of.) The only thing limiting the amount of MP3 capacity is the size of your microSD. The audio is clear and enjoyable but keep in mind it is coming from a single, fairly basic, speaker. It sounds about a notch below my car radio in crispness. Some nice features to consider, aside from the slick design and small (handheld) profile, and loud potential are the visual color LED operation indicators, and a long run life. As an MP3 player I seem to get over 2 hours of play time off about a 30 minute charge cycle. As a flashlight in standby I haven't been able to drain it. When left on it got at over 8 hours light time (before I turned it off and went to bed.) I did receive a product discount in hopes I'd share my honest experiences, which I have done. Feel free to drop any questions here.

Light & Music on the Go
The Coolyer 4 Functions Torch combines several devices into one. It is rechargeable via USB connection so you don’t have to worry about running out of batteries or having to throw something away. It plays music through a speaker mounted in the back of the device and you can store the songs on a SD card so you can change them out easily and enjoy a wide variety of music. This also means that you can customize how large the storage is by changing the card and you are not constrained by the size of a built in memory. I like that they light is nice and bright, it would be good for using for a bike and is great for walking around at night. The buttons are easy to use and turn the light/music on and off even in the dark. The package includes a bike mount so you don’t have to try and figure out how to connect it to the bike yourself. I really appreciate the fact that the slot for the USB charger and the SD card is accessible when the light is mounted so you don’t have to remove it every time you want to charge it or change the music on it. The light feels very sturdy and it is obvious that it is made of quality materials.I received this product for a discount in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. I give completely fair and honest feedback on my experience of the product despite the discount I get for providing such a review.
