What a great product . I love this balance ball . I am a personal trainer and I use the ball every day . It is sturdy and heavy very stable and well made. I didn’t even see that it came with workout straps and a big ball. It holds air well and remember follow the instructions and don’t over inflate it !Great product thanks

Could not use product because I could not get it inflated. The pump is junk … good luck finding a pump that can fit the Zelus ball. Zelus refuses to replace the pump. I have to ship EVERYTHING BACK and wait for my account to be credited back and order a new one if I feel inclined to try again. A total waste of time and money.UPDATE:The original item shipped seemed to have been a defective return that was accidentally shipped out again. It was missing the straps, free silver ball. The pump was defective and had two holes in the intake line that kept it from being effective. There was also a 7” crack in the hose. A new item was shipped and the defective item picked up.The new item came complete and the Zelus ball is of EXCELLENT QUALITY AND IS BUILT TO LAST. So far the item has held air without any problems for 72 hours now. This is a HIGH QUALITY ITEM. (The pump is inexpensively made; but gentle care should have it last). For the price, this is a VERY GOOD BUY. A quality pump would have gotten it a 5 star but it would jack up the price $20.00-$30.00.

The media could not be loaded. I was happy to find this Zelus balance ball as it was the most similar that I could find to the name brand Bosu ball. I use the Bosu ball at my gym, but this Zelus feels just as nice as the namebrand, and for MUCH less money. I give it a 10 out of 10. If you want to improve your balance, this is a great tool.

The media could not be loaded. I had such high hopes for this. There’s a hole from the inside around the lining of it and air keeps coming out. I can’t find a way to fix it, such a disappointment. I ordered it in March and didn’t open it until recently because I just moved into my house and set up my gym. I’m so sad, this was going to be an essential part of my workout. Wish I could return it or exchange it!

It took me a day to figure out how to get the pump going. I almost returned the item, but after I read tips for the more famous brand, and added them all together, it was astonishingly easy. Put the hose in the blue side of the pump and attach the smaller tip, then duct tape the ends. Flip the pump upside down on a yoga mat so it doesent slide and put the product on its side. Start with the tip in at a slight angle. You don't need to hold anthing in place, and you can easily pump it by hand when the flat bottom is now on top and your hand rests on it. Whew! Product works great!

Wonderful for my child to use while doing school work.
