Funny, clever writing to get kids engaging with science - loved it.

This book is a little treasure and so completely different from anything else I have seen that reading it was a very enjoyable experience. Great content and scientific ideas, told completely in rhyme which is very impressive. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because my children (7 and 9) couldn't get the rhythm of the poetry themselves, so I read it to them. But that wasn't a hardship. I am planning on passing on my copy to the local primary school to encourage the Cuthbert craze!

Beautifully, refreshingly written and illustrated science book with a creative twist of poetry. A great way to introduce young minds to scientific ideas by creatively tapping into their curiosity. Love it.

I bought this book for my classroom, and the kids LOVE it! It is a wonderful blend of science and literacy, encouraging children to be curious about the world around them through engaging poetic form. This book has inspired many a science lesson as it beautifully complements the curriculum!
