They reach out to me see how everything was going I mentioned that I had a small issue with the device they did not hesitate to replace it and make everything good definitely gonna buy from them again and it looks like they stand behind their product if there’s a small issue.

Nice surge protector, just meet the daily use
This surge protector just what I looking for, it got two lights to mention you it protect state well or not. It's a good way to let you know that your devices is safe to plug in. That really reduce the risk when using it. Also, it got 6 AC outlets and 3 USB ports that's good for daily use. And you can keep it still by screwing it to the outlet below. That's a great point.

Grounding and Protected lights don't light up
it was very easy to install. Also it filled my needs. However after electrician installed the out and checked it was grounds this device does not show same results. Same as the protected light it wont illuminate both lights. I know the wiring is correct as my old splitter had the same features and they illuminated all the time. I guess i got a bad one

Bad batch or defective by design?
The description says these multi outlets have a ground and surge protection LED. I bought four (4) of them and not a single one has functional LEDs on a known grounded circuit. Less than impressed.
