Swell Pens for Smooth Writing
I love these pens, the grip makes them easy to hold, and they are light weight. Just the right thickness, they dry quickly, and are quality made, but they are pricey.

This Is The Pen You've Been Searching For.
There are cheap pens by the millions that will leave you unsatisfied. There are expensive pens that you can't afford to lose. Then there's the Pilot V-Ball Grip Rollerball Pen. It is simply the highest quality disposable pen you will ever find. After a lifetime of owning dry, dull, listless pens that can't do the job, I found this pen and never looked back. I am not OCD, but I will not use any pen but this pen. It is one of the few concessions I will not make. Not only does this pen NEVER fail me when I write, its craftsmanship allows the fine details of my superb handwriting to be displayed for the world to see.Leonardo, Michelangelo...all great artists had their choice brush that helped bring to life their finest works. The Pilot V-Ball pen is my brush, of which even the most mundane tasks/signatures can show that penmanship matters each and every hour of the day. Someday soon I will buy a lifetime supply of this pen just in case it's ever discontinued.

This is the only pen I’ll use willingly
As a person with fine motor skills difficulties, who finds MOST writing implements to be uncomfortable, this pen seems to be the only one that bothers me as little as it does. There’s no need to press hard to get good ink flow / lines. The grip is comfortable.Best of all: the tip does NOT wobble, wiggle, or move in & out, as on so many (most) other pens. This makes it very stable. My limited fine motor skills can be spent on writing legibly, rather than compensating for lose points and poor ink flow. What a concept. My first of these pens was bought many years ago, in a two-pack, at Staples... who no longer sells them. I don’t know why I can’t buy these in any package SMALLER than TWELVE. I don’t write enough to justify purchasing TWELVE pens at one time. I finally broke down and bought the twelve pack, because there’s just no other option.I hate ballpoint pens. I know most people don’t notice much difference from one pen to another, let alone know a difference between “ballpoints” and “roller balls”, but the difference is MASSIVE for me. If this pen disappears from the market (as I expect it eventually will do, because laissez-faire capitalism hates good products), I will be extremely irritated. Even worse if they compromise the product to make it “more profitable”.Few things are made well, or even fit for the purpose they’re designed to fulfill. This pen is one of the rare items that is, IMO. It’s not about luxury or style; it’s about being done right and not skimping for a few more pennies of pure profit. The pen isn’t perfect. I’m sure I could complain about something, but I won’t. After spending years struggling with other pens, now that I have these again, I don’t feel inclined to nitpick. It may seem weird that I feel this strongly about a pen, but writing as comfortably as possible is important to me. This pen doesn’t obstruct me. In the era of the pursuit of perpetual gains, sometimes “not explicitly bad” all I can hope for.

Great rollerball for the price
I got these at the same time as the Uniball Vision Elite Infusion BLX, this one is a fine point vs. the .8mm broad for the Uniball and you do feel it so it depends on how much pressure you're used to putting when writing but you can feel it can 'catch' a tad on paper because of that. Other than that definitely excellent and for the price, as the Uniball is a more expensive pen as well.

Very Good Product, Worth the extra cost if you care what your writing looks like. Very good for flowing script.
I love these. I have ordered several boxes over the last 3-5 years, and think that the NIB like flow of the ink allows for a nice flowing script. If you don't care what your letters look like when you write, buy something cheaper. These are the best gel ink flowing script pens that I have been able to find, and if you DO care what your writing looks like these are Great!

Really cool pen
These pens are sort of standby for me, after I found one on the ground in a parking lot. I was so impressed with that one that I ordered a pack of my own. While I don't care for the larger nib variants, the Extra Fine writes smoothly unless the nib is damaged and the reservoir is large enough to last for weeks of heavy note taking. The grip is well designed, assuming you don't have extremely large or small hands, and allows one to write for a good while without discomfort. Durability is good, short of crushing it or snapping it, both of which would require more force than could be comfortably exerted by hand.Writing is light and fluid, and someone used to ballpoints like Bics would likely find them 'scratchy' at first.Another thing that surprised me is the pens' resistance to cold. I often end of taking field notes for work during the winter in North Dakota, something this pen allows to be done until around 0F to -5F. Cheap ballpoints are doing good to work at 20F and any colder than this pen can take, only Sharpie marker-pens really work. Or a pencil.

Amazing
Writes so smooth, doesn’t skip or bleed through. Reasonably priced.

Dried out!
After two minutes of writing the pens appeared to be out of ink! After trying the 5th pen in a box of 12 it really wasn’t worth the $21 spent!!!!Garbage pens!!!
