Failed in less than two months!
The battery pack no longer charges! It arrived on April 8th and it died by may 17th!Too late to return!

The product is as promised, it keeps my phone charged. I like the fact that it indicates when the pack needs it's own charge

Nice product so far, I've had it for 2 days.
I like the battery case overall. It is pretty thick so keep that in mind. Nonetheless i don't care.The phone will probably die in 3 days, it lasts pretty long. The directions are written badly however, as the majority of Chinese products that have English are. If you will give me better instructions with diagrams in regards to the product i will change the rating to 5. I would also suggest that the battery case maintain the phone battery level at 80% rather than 100%, but that is not really important either. Excellent product, mediocre instructions.

Only 30 day warranty
This is a sad review, I'm disappointed that it only offers s 30 day warranty...why, is it because you are not proud of your product? You are selling a throw away product that you don't expect to last very long

Not happy
The product itself was exactly what I needed.Unfortunately it was mishandled while it was being prepared and packaged when I pulled the protective backer off of the screen protector glass It was contaminated with lint and hair and it was unusable I used the second one in the package and it was the same I don't know how these get contaminated when these should be put together in a clean room but they had lint and hair or for schedule. When I placed one on my screen you can see all the contaminants under the glass and it wasn't my phone or the environment that I'm in when I put these on my phone The second one I had to use because I needed to protect my phone so I am displeased but unfortunately I have to use what I have
