This band has no metal and nothing rigid to provide support. It is soft and flexible but it does support the wrist and restricts wrist bending. The first time I wore it, my wrist kind of ached for a couple hours so I took it off. The next time I wore it, no issues. I don't have carpel tunnel; hurt my wrist a year ago and it's never been the same. This brace/band is easy to put on and really does help with the pain.

Very helpful support. I am using for tennis and the stretch elastic velcro is so helpful for adjusting the amount of tension desired around the wrist. Also good is one size fits all. note, it was smelly out of package; however, that went away quickly.

These are really good quality for the price. I used them for a couple of months before the Velcro started to lose its grip—which honestly happens with most brands over time. They offer great wrist support while handling heavy weights, and I never had any itching or skin irritation, even when I got sweaty at the gym (which has happened with other wraps).The only downside is that they’re a bit inconvenient to put on since they don’t have a thumb loop. But overall, they’re worth the price and get the job done.
