I want to say thank you! So much for your herbs blend! I was bleeding so heavy every 24/26 days for 7 days! I would wear the pose pads the biggest and longest pads they had and still had accidents on my self thank God I work from home cause it used to be so bad and then I would have bad cramps all the time nothing I took would help! I went for a ultrasound and they said I have 3/4 small fibroids I said I know I can get rid of this! Then I remembered about Yoni Steaming I used to tell women about it and stopped my self for years 🤦🏻‍♀️I brought your herbs and used it 2 times before my next period (once a week) and when I tell you my life changed my period was so light and the difference in the color and smell was unbelievable so I did it again I waited 2 weeks after my period left and steamed once waited for my next period and it was light again I’m still wearing the big pads because that’s all I have (I brought in bulk) lol but I’m barely bleeding! The cramps was still bad. I tried anise seed tea it helps a lot! I waited 3 weeks after my last period to steam once and my period came 30 days later not 26 I’m currently on my period and nothing it’s so light 🙌🏽I love nature and I love my steam!
