ATEQVT5s Universal TPMS Sensor Activator and Trigger Tool for TPMS Resets - compatible with Domestic and European vehicles equipped with TPMS

I was getting bad tire readings all around my 2015 Silverado 1500. This TPMS sensor helped me fix the problem in about 90 seconds. Just make sure you refer to your vehicle documentation so you know which order to scan your tires in. I didn't, and had to do the calibration twice. Otherwise, I would have fixed the problem in 45 seconds.

Will not work on 433 MHz.

The supplied 9V battery was weak but installing a new one had it working perfectly.

The documentation for this product on the manufacturer's website indicates that it is compatible with Toyota (specifically "Toyota Highlander 2014-2020" among many other Toyota models). This is technically true, but it requires buying additional products that read the signals from this device, then program the vehicle over OBDII. The product page and instructions do not indicate this.

I have a Gmc Denali 2500 with aftermarket rims/tires. Forgot to order this tool from tire rack and found it here cheaper, same tool brand and everything. (+1) bought a 9v battery and set it to learn mode…. Nothing. After 15 mins finally got one to work by then battery was “dead” bought 2 more batteries. Made it to the 3rd wheel after burning both of those up. I eventually got it completed but took 9-9v batteries and 5 days(30mins-1hour each day). So tool does work but you’ll spend more on batteries than the actual tool so I’m almost $70 in at this point. Probably recommend just getting a tire shop todo it for $50 and 5mins.

Worked like advertised, once car was in learn mode took less than 2 minutes to activate all 4 new sensors

Press the button green light comes even when not near a sensor. Used a better quality one and found 2 sensors not working replaced them and TPMS light went out. This thing picked up sensors on wheels with no sensors. Don't buy this.

The media could not be loaded. I did some frequency testing with this trigger tool and using my MaxiTPMS tool.Found that my MaxiTPMS tool sends out a trigger pulse of 55KHz which does wake up my tire sensors.This trigger tool sends out a trigger pulse of 125 KHz which seems to have some difficulty in triggering my tire sensors.The communication frequency of my TPMS sensors are 315 MHz.I tested this trigger tool on a set of 433MHz sensors and it would not trigger them either.
