These pills work and they work fairly quickly. I have been using them for almost 2 years. The first year my hemoglobin was 7.1 and iron saturation 6, serum iron 22. In 2 months I was at high levels likely because I took more than the recommended dosage. This year I missed some dosages and my iron was off. Within 1 month my hemoglobin went from 10.1 to 11.6.
