These work extremely well for improving digestion, reducing bloating and stomach discomfort. I noticed an improvement right away! I take two with my largest meal of the day. If I eat anything heavy or dairy I take another one or two. Nothing else has been as effective for me - I’m not going to waste any more money on other supplements or probiotics - this is IT!

I had heard awesome things about the P3OM probiotics from the Bulletproof radio podcast a while back and was really looking for ways to better digest my food. I just ran out of my 60 capsule supply and wanted to review. I didn’t notice a huge change in using this probiotic in terms of more regular gut-function. I would take 2 before every meal and before bed, however, I unfortunately didn’t notice a difference in the way I have felt this month. I also gave up Whey protein and Greek yogurt this month, which has helped tremendously, and might be a combination of this and the probiotic. I’m bummed about not seeing significant changes after taking this, but I’m sure that it’s doing something positive! Just can’t tell what it would be...

Received a bottle without any labeling on it. To compare I placed my previous order next to it. I am not sure if the pills are even the same. Will return for safety reasons.
