Geo Mask 6275 Pro Masker 2000 Tape Applicator (Pack of 2)

I painted my entire house but ended up still using the tape without the masker. It didn't make my job much easier.

I've waited until I have used the tape applicator a few times before I wrote a review. The first time I used it I had some challenges in getting the technique down. I'm no expert at this point. But no question this applicator is worth the money. It has cut down significantly the amount of time I spend taping prior to painting. But it produces wonderful results. If you taped like I used to you will understand. Before I would get as long a piece of tape and rip it off. Then apply that strip. Then I would strip off another piece and connect it to the piece I just put on. Invariably after the painting was finished I could see where I connected the pieces of tape. Everyone else said only I would notice this and maybe it's true. But I do notice it. This doesn't happen with the applicator. I get one long straight line. I am very happy with my purchase. It takes a little getting used to but it is worth it.

I am a high end new home painting contractor, bought 2 of these at a Sherwin Williams pro show, at least 10 years ago, via a demonstration from the inventor.We can mask out a 4200 sq ft house, (base) in about an hour, by hand this used to take multiple hours. A big advantage is having 1 piece of tape per wall vs. a bunch of 3' pieces. That most guys and up doing, this make removal a breeze and very time efficient...I use scotch 2090 blue tape, if you use cheap or damaged tape it will not line up right or run off course.Great tool paid for itself a 1000 times and I still have both. But one is starting to have wear and the wheel is getting loose.Buying more right now!ChrisFineline Interior Painting

Only a idiot would write a review like the one with two stars obvisouly did not use it right. I use the Geo properly all the time and cut my taping in half and what a fine edge line. Yes taping a wall is difficult no matter what but once you get your line going and used to it this is the tool.
