This thing is so delicate I think it would be amazing if it wasn't broken. It looks like it is made of plaster of paris and has a fuzzy green coating. Fortunately mine broke in half on the branch - not a wing or something. It would be extremely difficult to glue that spot so I'm leaving it broke in two and now I have two smaller ones.
