Great book!
This book is the truth. I followed this book to the T and was able to slash my body fat from about 20% to 6% in 12 weeks. I cut my weight from 196lbs to 152lbs. I had gotten in the best shape of my life at 41 yrs old. This book is my secret weapon when ever I want take my fitness to the next level. All the information you need is in it, but you have to put in the work and have strong self discipline to get the results. The book works, but don't waist your money if you're not 100% serious about changing your life. I wish I could add a photo but for some reason it want let me.

Body by design
I "know" Kris Gethin for a while now. He inspired me to build an amazing physique.This book has amazing stories of people who had a rough time in their life and decided to do something about it. A great motivation if you are prepared to take controle of your own life.Kris shows you the way how to do so, great nutrition and workout plans!It isn't easy at first but the lifestyle grows on you if you are committed and prepared to make some sacrifices and willing to do the work. believe me, it's worth it!Check Kris out at bodybuilding.com. His programs are excellent!

The same thing repeated over and over and over
I always read reviews before purchasing a book and was a little critical of those that said that this book is basically an advertisement for BodySpace (which I am already a member). I thought that maybe it was mentioned and those reviewers just focused a bit too much on it. I was intrigued by the fact that this book was to contain a huge portion focusing on motivation behind exercise and weight loss. IT DOES, but it is pretty much the same tips repeated over and over and over, viewed from different angles to make it seem like different tips are given, but it's all the same tip "MAKE YOUR GOALS WELL KNOWN, ESPECIALLY THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AND BODYSPACE". BodySpace is mentioned on almost EVERY PAGE.I'm sure Kris Gethin's intentions were good, and this book may work for some of those that have never read a health or fitness magazine article before, but I spent hours reading pointers that have been mentioned over and over again in other books and magazine articles. By the time I got to the fitness section I was spent! I feel like there wasn't a good balance in the book between motivation, exercise and diet.Ended up returning it.

Good for people new to the process
This is an informative book that will help a person kick start themselves into good routines and habits. However, if a person has even 6 months of studying their own nutrition habits and workout routines there will be little new information provided. There seems to be a subliminal push to enhance the user base of the web site bodybuilding.com, but the push of the web site should not deter a person new to this process from buying the book.Best of luck in your health endeavors!

A Must Buy For Those Who Are ready For The Best Chsnge Of Your Life
This book is amazing. Easy to follow and well worth the money. The results are mind blowing! I've struggled with weight for 6-7 years. With this book it has helped me prioritize my goals and kick my nasty habits good bye. Kris Gethin is amazing and so is Jaime Eason.40lbs down and only 20lbs more to go!!

Just not another fitness book -its a philosophy towards achieving our goals
Excellent book and i really enjoyed reading it. This is not just about fitness its about how to keep ourselves motivated and how we can keep the motivation up and work towards our goals. Really enjoyed reading it and with out real life example from people. Nice one.

Decent amount of information but directed more at fitness /weight loss market than experienced trainers.
