Ich bin großer Fan von Minilogue, hab mich aber auf Grund des hohen Preises lange geziert, bis ich mir diese DVD bestellt habe. Um so größer nun die Freude, denn Sie ist nach meinem Geschmack jeden Euro Wert. Die Tracks laufen entgegen des Albums in ungewohnter Reihenfolge ab, wobei die Videos und der Sound sehr schön in einander übergehen, so dass ein wunderbares Gesamtkunstwerk entsteht. Der Ton ist über jede Kritik erhaben - ich sammle jeden Schnipsel 5.1 elektro-/techno- Sound und würde die Animals DVD jederzeit unter die Top 3 meiner Sammlung wählen.

Even those who don't like ambient and techno will find something to like about this film. The video sequences that go with each song are perfectly matched, as if the producers envisioned the video while they made the music. The sublime intro sets the perfect mood, and it keeps building throughout until a finale that could bring the house down with the right set of speakers. I have a feeling my 5 star rating is quite subjective as I'm a huge fan of techno, but I think everyone should see a movie like this at least once in their lives. At the very least its a welcome departure from the same old Hollywood tripe.
