Didn’t work but seller was great
The product did not work for my sewing machine but the seller worked with me about the return. So great experience with the seller, don’t know how the product is as it will not work on my Janome 6650 sewing machine.

Garbage design
This thing is a joke. The insert doesn’t stay in the frame and is so thick that the shank on my sewing machine drags on the surface of the insert no matter how high I adjust it. They clearly didn’t design this with any forethought to practical application. The fact that the insert constantly pops out of the frame renders the frame useless. I returned it and got my money back. It was far easier to just see freehand.
