I have tried more than 30 different formulas/ brands and for my raw lips this is the only one that works. It isn’t a smooth slick lip balm but is a little more waxy. However, once on, body heat melts it down to a smoother consistency. It is pricy but worth every penny for me. Another one, almost as good and lower cost, is the Aquaphor Lip Balm.
