Good watch for kids
Very cute and durable for my 9 year old. I had to come back to Amazon to see the app I needed for it, JYouPro. There is no manual, but instructions are all in the app, google and amazon. To change the home screen, press and hold the square for aprox 3 seconds. Same way to access the inner menus such as setting and sport. The app has a ton of permissions which are useful for a child with their own phone, but if they don't, don't set up calls and messages because it pushes them from your phone to their watch. I haven't figured out how to read the entire message either. The vibration is strong. Time and date all update once you have it linked to the app. I wanted a watch without the games and I am very pleased with this one :-)Updating to add that the battery life is really short. Less than 48 hours it seems.

No durable
My daughter love the watch, it is easy to use and confortable but after 2 months of use on of the side outside the screen broke. To sad because she love that watch

Easy to use but we've had trouble with the chargers
I bought two of these for 2 of kids as Christmas gifts. My daughter's charger for it stopped working after only a week, so I asked for a replacement and was given a new one quickly. Turns out that my son's charger doesn't work either so they're both using the same one and they've lost that one now 🤦♀️ but I just went to their website and registered each of their watches and was given a free charger for each of them!

I cannot get it to stop sending messages from my phone to the watch, otherwise it works fine.
I have unbound the watch, turned off bluetooth (which makes it not keep track of time right) and clicked/unclicked the buttons that say send messages from phone to watch. It seems to work for a day to not send messages to the watch, then it starts sending messages again. I got the watch for my daughter and she just uses it for the steps and watch part, and I do not need her getting my messages from my phone. It is really annoying because it says you can turn off that part, but nothing I have done turns off the messages long term. The toggle switch to send messages has always been "off" but she still gets texts I receive. I tried using the manufacturer support page but it's in Chinese, which I don't read or speak. So... aside from returning it and getting something else, I don't know what to do. Maybe someone else knows how to fix it or the seller will see this message and can let me know what to do.

Needs a phone to operate & settings change ALL the time without consent!!
This watch straight up sucks. We bought this for our daughter, who’s 9, for Christmas. At first, we had high hopes. But, as we’ve continued to use it, it is so far from user-friendly and is HEAVILY reliant on a paired phone. We were hoping to use this without her being connected to our phones, but the watch is basically useless unless you’re willing to pair it to a phone. We’ve had to turn off SMS notifications at least 6 times in the last month because it randomly turns on by itself. She’ll start getting all of my calls and text messages sent to her watch with no warning. If the phone is not paired to the watch, it’ll also stop showing an accurate time. It’ll change to hours ahead. Usually it’s a 5-hour difference. It will also reset her steps at random times throughout the day (not at midnight or a consistent time), and that has been really frustrating. Some days it’ll clear all of her steps halfway through the day and she has to write down what she was at so she can add them together at the end of the day to get an accurate count. This thing is pathetic and glitchy. If you’re looking for a super practical step counter/watch for your child, this one is NOT it. The whole device/app combo seems more interested in sending texts & WhatsApp messages than doing its job. It’s marketed to kids and yet it’s expecting them to have a smart phone on their own. So disappointed and wish I could return!

Big bang for your buck
This is so easy and handy. You get a lot of bang for you buck. I really got this to help monitor my heart rate and realized I was performing at my max quite a bit, which is not ideal for fat burning. Also really helpful in determining your sleeping habits. Overall great product!

Good concept, poor execution.
The watch is cute for young kids. I needed it to set an alarm to remind my daughter to go to the bathroom at set times. I also liked the drink reminder feature. The issue is, it is not reliable. The watch constantly disconnects and then does not send the reminders. Now I can not get it to pair with my phone at all. We have had it less than 3 months. Waste of money.

Excellent customer service
I bought this for my grand daughter who is 6. She loved it. In a busy household, somehow the charger for this unit was lost. I reached out to the vendor to see how I could purchase another charger, and they nicely sent me a charger free. My question was answered within a day or so and the charger was delivered a few days ago. My grand daughter is going to be so excited to get back to wearing her tracker. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this product and this vendor.
