The authors did a wonderful job approaching this topic with kindness, vulnerability, and insight. The approaches discussed have been very helpful and I plan to continue incorporating the lessons taught in this book into my work.

The authors have personal and professional experience in this field. The approach they suggest is non-invasive and less traumatic for the client than the old-fashioned talk therapy that forces the client to re-live the trauma. Bob Bertolino knows what he is talking about!
