very good product
I use unsalted butter for making breads and pastries. It turns out very good. Only disadvantage is - being unsalted, it melts very fast - but that is to be expected. If you are using it to make scones, pastries or any kind of dough - suggested you chill it in the freezer for 30 mins first.
