PolycomVVX 150 2-line Business IP Phone with Power Supply (PY-2200-48810-001)

First, I bought these from a vendor called BeachAudio, but they were shipped from NewFangled Networks. Hmmm....I have a network with over 50 of these Polycom VVX 150 phones, and needed to add 2 more. I'm not new to configuring and provisioning these phones.Unfortunately, these phones are tied to an 8X8 provisioning server, and the Admin password has been changed, so there is no way to reset to factory defaults and set to the provisioning server we use. I have spent 3 hours going round and round and round trying to set these up. These are going back, and I'll buy truly new replacements from a different vendor.

Easy to set up. Some of the features are not the most intuitive

This is NOT a new product. I bought this product to link to googlevoice account but it was already registered to another account, meaning it is NOT new. If you're looking to get this phone for your googlevoice system, it does not work.

Ordered this for a new employee. Didnt get them set up to work until July. They used the phone for 2 weeks. Today I went to put a new employee on thephone and the phone is off. Wont power up. Bought a replacement power cord and still no power. The phone worked for 2 weeks, but amazon wont let me return it. Now its trash.

No AC adapter in the box.

These were bought as new back up phones for a busy clinic. On installing them two weeks ago it was realised they are used and have passcodes attached to them making them useless. As the time for returning them has passed we have two unusable, expensive, used phones. Do not buy from this company.

Spent over an hour on the phone with Telus to set up the phone through VOIP. The serial number was already linked to an unknown account. Phone is not new and unusable.

Not impressed ordered this phone and when I called Telus to set up the phone through VOIP services the Serial Number was already linked to an active account so I was unable to set it up.
