VERY firm
Really unsatisfied with this pillow. Was looking for one with head and neck support, but this one was like sleeping on a board. There was not enough additional fill to cushion the very firm memory foam. I tried it for several days, hoping that it would soften with use, but it didn't. It remained really uncomfortable.
