Great Case
I get a new Pixel in black, so I wanted to find a case that would give the phone protection but also a pop of color or uniqueness. I looked at several case I am glad I chose this one.1) it is slim and light weight. I don't think that it is bulky or too boxy to carry around.2) It is sturdy so it does its job well. I have dropped my phone a couple of times and I had no issues. The design provided protection for the screen and the camera.3) The kickstand is a good feature and works well. It does appear flimsy so in the long run, I hope it hold up. That is yet to be determined.4) I like the slight pop of color that came with the color I selected.5) The price point is good and you get your money's worth.Overall, it is a good case. My only suggestion would be to provide a larger variety of colors options.

Perfect Protection
Experts say we should choose a case that is made of a shock-absorbent material and offers all-round protection. This is made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which is a flexible plastic which offers high abrasion resistance, and PC (polycarbonate) which is highly resistant to impact and shock. Unlike some cases in the market, this offers all round protection. I like it that the ridges on the power button gives it a different feel from the volume control buttons. All the other cutouts fit just nicely. The case is not too bulky. I would like it to be a bit thinner but then it would likely offer far less overall protection. I have seen videos where the phone has been dropped and tossed about and still survived without any problem thanks to the protection afforded by the case. In almost all instances, one would be hard pressed to notice any damage to the case.I was concerned that the cutout for the fingerprint reader might be too small and would hinder the reader from working without any issue. As it turns out, the design of the cutout makes it easy for the fingerprint reader to work without any issue. The kickstand comes in handy but the location of the kickstand at the right bottom corner (and perhaps its size) allows the phone to be placed only in a horizontal position. The moment it is placed in a vertical position it will topple over. From my perspective, that's the only negative aspect of the case.Overall, there are cheaper cases around for the Pixel 5 but you do get what you pay for. For my new Pixel 5, this is perfect protection for a phone that I shall enjoy using for a couple of years or more.

Favorite case to date?
And believe you me, I've owned many. I also generally go for the TPU minimalist style, but saw this and thought it looked cool so pulled the trigger. The only two potential flaws I can find are 1) It is a more "metal/plastic" type finish, so I can't help but wonder if the inevitable drops will scratch it up or mark it. I don't doubt for a second its ability to protect the phone, BUT if you care about visible dings and marks...well, we'll see.2) As others mentioned the charger cutout where I think many of us will rest our pinky to support the phone while using it 'can' be a little grating. However in a way this a plus. If you are just quickly grabbing your phone for a quick use, my pinky has no trouble "slipping" into place. On the other hand, for extended use, you do start to feel it dig in. However personally if I'm using my phone for that "Extended" period I'm usually using both hands anyways so...Personally I love the fingerprint cutout. On other cases/caseless my finger kept hitting the camera before finding it's way to the reader. With this case it's thicc enough to give a little indent so my finger no longer has trouble going where it's supposed to.And yes it is wireless charging, WITH a kickstand. At least from my experience, kickstand cases are generally too thick to utilize wireless charging, but this one manages to do both. One potential con is it is fairly heavy. The Pixel 5 is an incredibly light phone, it barely felt like holding anything without a case. This changes that, and makes it comparable I think to most "big" phones WITHOUT a case. So does it add heft? Definitely? Is the heft worse than what you'll find elsewhere? Not at all. And if you're like me, you prefer a little weight to give it that solid, sturdy feel.Overall I'm quite happy, if I remember I will update this review after a few inevitable drops to update if there are any marks or scratches. But overall I'm satisfied, 5/5

Good case, very few complaints
I mostly agree with what other reviewers have said. The case is neither grippy nor slippery. I do like how the camera lens is protected by a good 1/8 of an inch of case; I only wish that 1/8 of an inch of protection carried over to the front bumpers that protect the screen. The case makes the fingerprint reader on the back very easy to locate. Kickstand is a little flimsy, but it does hold the phone up on its side.I rated this case four stars because it has a front speaker grill cutout, even though the Pixel 5 has that speaker underneath the screen. It annoys the heck out of me every time I see it. I have seen where other customers have been able to get a replacement case from Spigen that has no speaker grill cutout. Spigen told those customers that the cutout is from an early production model that they said they have since fixed and, from the pictures on the product page, it sure does look like it was fixed. However, per the box my case arrived in, it was manufactured in November 2020 and I bought the case in early December. Why are these early production cases still being manufactured as of November?
