I NEVER do reviews, but I've been absolutely miserable the last year & 1/2 due to my digestive track. I've been taking Metamucil, twice daily, for probably a month and it helped a little. I would still get this feeling as though the meal I had just eaten was literally suck and wouldn't move. It would slowly move from one side to the other overnight and I was experiencing lower back pain due to my intestines I guess, I don't even know. Heaven forbid I skip either dose though or eat one slice of pizza, it would take 2 days to get to feeling somewhat normal again, back pain never really went away completely and if it did, it wasn't for long. I've been in a constant state of miserable, just bloated and in pain. So, I decided to try this stuff, never even heard of a probiotic before, but the reviews looked good. PEOPLE.......This stuff is real, it works!!! So I know many reviews said it's supposed to be refrigerated. Yes, I guess it is, but I live in Texas and it delivered to my mailbox, 90 degree weather. I took a pill the following day after refrigerating overnight and decided to give it a test. I ate a slice of pizza and I feel amazing! I'm on day 2 and I can actually eat again, I'm in no pain and I'm feeling thinner just because I have no bloating. If this review helps just one person, I'm happy.

I have taken optimal, 30 60 and now this 100 billion product. I posted reviews for those too. This is my experience, I have ibs and have had it for 18 years now. I took some multiple ,within a few weeks of each other, antibiotics this year and it really made things worse, I go back and forth between issues, I have mixed ibs and the extremes were getting really bad. Anyway I think this is great for stomach ulcers (worked great when I was sick during my pregnancy, too) and great for use with antibiotics but I do believe it made my constipation worse. Doctor suggested I take enzymes and probiotics for ibs, I started with enzymes first and felt great improvement, then started the probiotic and had problems with pain and gas and constipation. So I stopped using it and have felt better. Maybe it is not what I need at this moment, but overall I have been happy with the products and if you have a stomach ulcer I would highly recommend, I just don't think it is good for ibs-c

I bought this product after a lot of research and I am very satisfied with this product. I have definitively seen great results using it, I like that it has 100 BILLION active probiotics and 10 different strains of probiotic strains. I really Love this product and the price and have already bought several bottles. I use this probiotic for a week every month and then switch to a lower potency one the rest of the month and it has worked perfectly with me. My mother uses this one every day and has for some time now and also loves it. I am so happy I found this product and will keep using forever.Update (March 2016) - I bought my first bottle of this probiotic 100 Billion in October 2015. I am still very happy with this product and I just keep getting more.

Product must be kept refrigerated. I had this product before and it works very well. As others noted prior to my purchase-product must be kept refrigerated or it will lose it potency. You may want to invest in dry ice or cold packs.
