Complete garbage. I opened the back, put 2 triple batteries (not included) in and the back won't close

This thing does not work at all; you might as well put a flashlight on your skin. It has a red light that turns on and it does nothing; you feel nothing at all. Plus, you're supposed to do it 15minutes each time 2-3x per day. I fell for it, but don't you.
