I have used this hand massager pretty much everyday for 2 years straight and it still works perfectly fine. It provides relief to both my hands and I love it. I've used many other types of hand massages before but they would break over time, this one has lasted the longest. One tip that I would give to increase its longevity is to not use the heating function, I never used it once and I think that kept it from dying from heat like the others.

I have been having hand pain for like a year in one of my hands and its throbs at night so badly that it keeps me up sometimes. It feels goodAnd hurts at the same time when I get a hand massage but it's the only relief I was able to get until now.I have used this machine every day since I have used this machine every day since It arrived and this may be the best $100 I've ever spent in my life.I was not expecting it to be this effective. When I 1st used it I turned it all the way on high and Actually expected that would not even be enough to touch my pain but I was wrong. I am so glad that there are different levels of intensity but I infirmly on level 1. Nothing feels this good. Even if you don't have hand pain it would be useful

Great little machine! My hands always hurt and this is my go to relief at the end of the night. When I needed to reach out to customer service I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful they were to work with. I will be sure to order from them again:)

I love the hand massager after working all day reupholstering furniture. I put away for the holidays, and finally got it back out, and it worked for about 30 secs and would quit. So I just happen to look it up and there was an email address for the people who sell it. I sent an email at 8:00 pm and had a personal response in min. Over the next couple of days I tried several things and interacted with them. When I told them exactly what was happening they sent me a new one right away. So happy with them and there great response to my issues. Thank you!

I broke my wrist several years ago and suffer from daily wrist pain due to arthritis. I took a chance that this might help provide some level of relief, and am NOT disappointed! So many things to love about it... 1) it is cordless and a single charge lasts many cycles; 2) adjustable modes and intensity; 3) very quiet; 4) pain relief lasts for hours! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that suffers from arthritis, tendinitis, or carpal tunnel.

So I was hoping this would help my hands because I am a massage therapist. Other reviews mentioned good for carpal tunnel sufferers. I disagree. The compressions initially felt great on my fingers and my palms but once it reached my wrist it caused numbing in my finger tips. I tried using with my hand inserted up to the wrist, but then my palm didn’t get anything. So this product didn’t work for my needs sadly.

When I say this is a life saver for your wrist please take my word. This was my item when I bought it, it has evolved to everyone in the house using it. From a sprain wrist to my mothers carpal tunnel when she comes over. I can say it has become community property. It stays charging for when anyone needs it which it gives about least 2 hours if its been used back to back.

I bought this hoping it would help my carpal tunnel. It most definitely does not. It actually makes it worse. I have issues with numbness and tingling bc of my CT, this makes it 100 times worse. It’s not worth it if that’s what you’re needing relief with. I wish I never wasted my money.
