You can look up all the ingredients including, "other ingredients" and when you find the fornula that you want, write down the "Product Code # that is at the bottom of the front of the bottle following, "60 Tablets". I guess I was pretty deficient after being on a low histamine diet for a while because after my first dose the afternoon before, I felt so much better by the next morning.
