Great Sequel
This is the 3rd generation of CDV gaming and it's even more robust and fun to play. The same control features as CNP Phase I but has a briefer load time and plays some earlier scenarios and skirmishes in the war. I'm flying it on a Dell desktop/Windows XP machine with 4 Gig memory (every slot is full). This software is older so I can't vouch for how it will fly on newer versions of Windows. I've had hours of fun with this though, and I'm looking for more older CDV software to game with as a result.

Same Old Game
Got this for my grandson. Same game as his dad used to play. Ships fast and is a Great old Classic.

IT DOES NOT LIKE VISTA
I spent several hours trying to get this game to run with Vista. To begin with the Starforce brand of protection drivers had to be updated from their website, then the game patched to run with Vista downloads from the CDV site, and trying to communicate with CDV, forget about that, anyway I never did get the game to work but at least BLS Mart, here on Amazon, gave me a refund.

Typical CDV software problems
Beware of CDV software, always a nightmare on installation, plus upgrading the software. Their new game "War Front" should be avoided, trying to install that was endless, then it wouldnt install correctly, returned to Circuit city , that was fun as they dont believe it was bad.3rd CDV game i have had, wont happen again, as for the games, i cant really comment.

pretty good for an older game
I bought this cheap at amazon because of the good reviews and it turned out to be a pretty good game. panzers phase 1 is also good. You can buy them separate or together in a set.Thats the best way to go.

Totally Sweet
This game really has a lot going for it. Using historical battles one can have a lot of fun. My only complaint is that Krupps were not like they were in the first game. The allied campaign was really tough. Read up on your strategy for this game because it gets tough. If you liked the first one, I would highly suggest this game.

Panzers
This game is the Top Game under the strategy games20 new units, choose your country. A good mix from single and multi-user gaming.Nice landscape graphics. Have played two whole nights already ...simply a must buy.

Good game play. The graphics are good and the game offers some interesting scenarios. Autistic grandson enjoys the realistic tanks
