Awesome outdoor tree!
The media could not be loaded. Since today is the 1st day of Spring (yay), I decided it was time to review my little tree. I intentionally searched for a little tree 🌲. It had to be affordable (because I wasn’t sure it would survive where I would place it). It had to be small so that it would be right for the space. It needed to survive winter season. And, I hoped it would grow so that I can capture the growth. (I knew eventually (if everything went well) I would plant in my mom’s backyard. And, it had to give winter vibes. (lol). This little tree delivered!! It was perfect for the space and checked off all the aforementioned. It survived very cold days in NY. I regularly forgot to water it (feel so guilty). But it has done so good with watering every two weeks (maybe less). It has been in the shade all winter 😳. It receives rays of sunshine that peaks through the steps. I am so impressed!! The first picture was taken Nov 16th and the second picture was today! ❤️

Both Died - Went downhill fast
I bought 2 of these. When I repotted them, they were very wet. I also noticed a smell and many roots were brown but some looked ok. I should have returned them then. Next problem was a spider mite infestation, then they started turning brown from the top & losing needles. They are both dead now. A one month return is not long enough for plants to adjust. So I will not purchase plants this way anymore; the big boxstores give you a year to return shrubs and treea. What a waste of money.

It took some time for the delivery
It took some time for the delivery and I actually had to go to a drop off point to pick it up. It definitely looks good and healthy and has character.
